Are you in need of urgent help for

your mental health?

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis and you feel that you are at risk of harm or are not able to keep yourself safe, please contact 999. Alternatively, if someone is able to take you to your nearest A&E department, please make your way there as soon and safely as possible.

If you’re able to keep yourself safe but still need urgent help and support with your mental health, please contact NHS 111 and select option 2, where you will be able to speak to a trained mental health professional over the phone. Or contact NHS support:

on available treatment and other support.

If you want to talk to someone, the following services offer confidential support from trained volunteers.

Free 24/7, emotional telephone support to anyone experiencing emotional distress, is struggling to cope, or at risk of suicide

A free, confidential, 24/7 text messaging service for anyone who is struggling to cope.  If you’re aged 16 - 25 please text ‘THEMIX’ to 85258
